Abstract generation in progress

BlockBeats news, on September 14th, OpenSea received a notice from the US SEC Wells. Although the regulator had previously taken enforcement action against Non-fungible Token projects, the disclosure regarding OpenSea indicates that the SEC has begun to examine entities providing trading platforms for Non-fungible Tokens, rather than just those that initially provided these platforms. Magic Eden is not currently a follow target of the SEC, but its CEO Lu admits that the lawsuit against OpenSea may have a wide impact on the Crypto Assets field. Compared with exchanges or Cryptocurrency issuers, this field has relatively not been touched by regulatory agencies. 'Regulatory ambiguity is basically inevitable,' Lu said. 'If this incident can make this field clearer, I welcome it.'
